The challenge was to manage, produce, and design an event for Produce Alliance. The event hosted private partners, and was themed around produce, pineapples, and sunflowers. The event was held on the upper deck of the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa, and provided a captivating seaside landscape. 

 

A proposal was created to help the client visualize each area. Each slide includes a rendering and list of furniture/decor options matching a quote within Produce Alliance’s budget. Additionally, a designed floor plan was provided, including a festoon lighting schematic used for on site installation.

This event included custom fabrication, printed signage, and themed centerpieces. Two branded foam core signs were produced for Produce Alliance and Green Garden Fresh. The client requested two custom built bar backdrops, including scaled rendering. Renderings were designed around utilizing the inventory of Suite Treatments catalogue, and providing the client with various furniture options.
